Visitor Center serves as a main attraction and information point to visitors to the park. It is a place with a high quality of stay and recreational value. Explore walking trails of Ayusai Gorge
Min Koz (Thousand Eyes) Trail
The extent of the trail: 2.5 km
Level of difficulty: light
Height Difference: 92 m

Min Koz is one of the newest trails in Ayusai. Great for a short and easy stroll. Walk through beautiful birch and seas buckthorn trees.

Tip: take a flask and fill it with cold water from the spring.
Old Japanese Trail
The extent of the trail: 10.2 km (one-way)
Level of difficulty: medium
Height Difference: 597 m

The trail was named in honor of Japanese War prisoners. They ended up in soviet Almaty after The Great Patriotic War and had built a variety of city infrastructure developments. The present Japanese trail consists of remains of work road, which was laid in the time of Hydroelectric Power Plant.

Tip: Take a look at the horizon while being on the trail. A panoramic scene on Big Almaty gorge could be discovered while being on the Japanese Trail. During the good weather conditions, it is possible to glimpse "The Soviet's Peak".
Gateway to Ile-Alatau
Here we introduce people to the territory of the National Park, its flora and fauna. Visitor Center also serves as a place of education and platform to exchange knowledge. Here we educate people about safety measures in the mountains. Our goal is to keep both nature and people safe during their tourism in the National Park.
